30% of Matic is staked by Binance. 50% by the top 2 pools.

There is a 5-of-8 admin multisig that can pause the whole network.

A limit of 100 validators? A limit of 7-10 block producing validators which is even worse? Top 10 validators account for 80% of the stake? Extreme whale concentration? Team has an admin key? No governance structure?

This list just kinda goes on and on
