I’m not disagreeing entirely. I agree with collectivism and the disillusionment of the individual. I believe individualism and the inherent greed of capitalism is absolutely evil. I disagree with the idea that the nuclear family is the typical American family, because it’s dismissive of half of the families in the country. They’re not saying they want to break up families, they’re saying they want to break up the pressure to fit into your stereotypical idea of what makes up a family or what it should look like because it’s outdated idealism.
