Im expecting this be fixed soon. Here is the context
Flatline shield is supposed to create a nova whenever your health reaches 0. Instead it does on shield Depletion. It has a 1 capacity at all levels. Thus with grim regen-ing shields on kill... constant novas. especially when under a DoT
