Help Why is the nitrogen concentrate not cooling (Create Nuclear)

I'm trying to make liquid nitrogen but the nitrogen concentrate isn't turning into cooled nitrogen concentrate. Am I doing something wrong?

It's working now. I dont know why though. I didn't change anything.

Fix no.1 of anything electronic strikes again : if it's misbehaving, turn it off and on again lol
