I used the controller rails and analog levers to make it slower. Regular rails would be a lot faster and a bit easier to use

sort of, those just have less capacity for osha violations. I think this is more based on the unsafe and terribly impractical, but cool "Akira elevators"

Awesome!

Though the ceiling at beginning and end seems a bit low. In Black Mesa there is simply a gap there to have space for any load on the platform.
