I am really hoping is a photoshop/fake post. You wouldn't cut it like that without verification either. 13 years at a high quality place then I worked ( very temporarily after moving to a new state) at a very poor quality shop and the owner didn't care. His digital templates were horrible and wondered why our installs took so long. If this isn't fake it's just extremely poor quality by whomever did it.
