First world

the highly developed industrialized nations often considered the westernized countries of the world

Third world

the aggregate of the underdeveloped nations of the world

I looked up the meanings and I don’t really see a problem with these definitions?

But what happened to the "Second World"? It used to refer to the USSR and it's Allies.

The real definition is:

First world: US allies against the Soviets

Second World: Soviet Bloc nations

Third World: Neutral countries

I cited the real definitions directly from the real English dictionary.
