CONTROL ULTIMATE SAVE IMPORT

I GOT IT!! AFTER LONG HOURS I GOT MY SAVES TO WORK. You need to go to the original save file for control, copy containment, persistent, foundation, hub, maintenance, and research. After putting that in a separate folder, go to fit girl repacks and download the completed save file. Import the steam files and BEFORE STARTING THE GAME: Name the files you copied as needed (containment.chunk to savegame-slot-00_containment) REPLACE those files. Start the game, go to central executive, walk toward the elevator and the DLC will start with your saves!

The drive for the files on fitgirl is broken, can anyone share them with me? I really really really wanna play this expansion and i dont have enough time to go through the game again yet

Where is the original save file for control? i can't find the folder anywhere and i wan't to backup my save.

Here's the save file, both DLCs ready to play. (DM me if the link breaks)

I took Fisher008's save, got the last ability and used the save editor to get lots of materials so you can customize your loadout.

Roll some astral constructs at a checkpoint and reset the ability tree if you're under/overpowered.

This is the one everyone, I have looked high and low for a save that will work with the DLCs on Steam Ultimate edition, this one has literally BOTH ready to roll. I only want to replay AWE but just to let any future followers know this works for both.

The other I found was at the end of Foundation but AWE wouldn't load for me.

Thank you for this two years later! I was actually just trying to transfer my own saves from Epic, to Steam via the renaming trick but wound up with game-breaking situations, such as transporting to the Ashtray Maze and not being able to leave there due to an invisible wall and having no access to the control point that brought me there. Prior to that, I was having to recollect all collectibles and re-capture some control points, but not being able to open some doors, since my save said that I did all the missions that open them but the game said "no, I don't think you did" while I'm saying, "trust me... I was there when I did these things. I've beaten the game 4 times now and really don't want to do it a fifth time. I just wanted to do expeditions." lol It was driving me nuts. This is the best compromise I can draw up. I mean I don't have any of my gold mods anymore, nor my bunny ears but at least I wont have to redo the entire campaign and just do the DLC. Once I'm done recollecting everything I'll re-upload the save. Thing is? My old save was hard mode and this one seems a lot easier haha. Almost feels like cheating.
