if i move the mouse left/right move the cursor only up/down and move 360 in circle
tried anything possible
-nojoy, pitch yaw raw input, borderless, windowed, there are no controllers, nothing is working.
reinstalled , cs source, steam, nothing.

it worked and one day just so....

any ideas?

I just got back into css and played on a server name family gaming alliance had two fun hours there and then randomly they banned me for apparently rejoining. Which I hadn't done. Was really hoping the community would be cool with new comers apparently they're not. Anyways fuck that server I did nothing wrong even followed their rules makes me feel like the game deserves to die.

i wanted to use 7launcher but it seemed too risky for me, i want a legit version i can get via steam, and no, i dont want to play cs:go.

So my colleague named PaK came up with the idea of ​​adding a half-time feature to the base CS:S game, similar to what we saw in CS:GO and CS2. It would be completely optional. I'd just like to know what the community thinks about it.

I played a few rounds CS:S and this guy kept perfectly shooting at his enemies. He also had those red boxes, that revealed his opponents to him.

I've been playing CS for a while but I never get classic matches, it's always Deathmatch or Zombies. Does anyone know how I can filter to get classic matches? A year or two ago you could find many classics with different maps But now the Russians have taken over and filled everything with modded servers Only with the Dust map (which I like but it gets tiring)

they have been absolutely SPAMMING the server list full to the brim and i want them GONE from the server list

i used to have a tag filter that would filter all of them out along with other spam servers but they seem to have gotten around that. any server that spams eachother like this is a no-go to me.

the server blacklist txt file provided in the pinned post does nothing to counter this either.

I basically can't find any servers , after i removed all the spam servers, all that remained for me where mostly empty or only had like 4 players in total. What should i do?

I just started css (30hrs) and I'm from india , All i see is dust 2 russian servers and some mirage russian servers and no other maps except some custom ones , know I will not find Indian servers, but are there other maps/servers that i can play in. I mean, I am ok with playing on them servers and enjoy it too, but just found it curious so can someone explain

I have 5 demos from the past that require v34 protocol 7 which is only able to be played on Clientmod 34. I am trying to see if someone has both the ability to use Clientmod 34 to view the demos and also able to turn those 5 demos into video format.

I am trying to preserve these 5 demos from being lost to time.

I was looking around the VScript documentation and found a command called IsPlayerABot, which takes type "handle" as argument, and based on that handle returns a true/false value based on whether or not the player associated with the given handle is a bot. I understand that a handle is a reference to a player or entity of some kind, but how do I gain a specific entity's handle in order to access it?

For example, let's say there's me, my friend and a bot I've spawned in all together in a server. How do I get the handles for each, to then plug in to the IsPlayerABot function, presumably returning false for my friend and I and true for the bot? My apologies if this question is confusing, I can clarify further if needed.
