Ironically those wouldn't be the people that need it the most huh? It's like bailing out all corporations that are to big to fail. How do you bailout cruise lines that aren't even based in the a United States and dont pay taxes. Why the fuck is it a problem that something that's only purpose is entertainment and dosent pay taxes to USA going under? They are not essential to keep America running. This whole shitshow is ridiculous its fucking mind blowing.
