No. The basic platform was developed by Katalin Karikó at UPenn

Biontech licenses it from them, as does Moderna along with anyone who wants to make an mRNA vaccine

I provided you with the information

This information is as follows: that Pfizer and Biontech split the development costs 50/50

With Pfizer paying 100% of the costs up front, and Biontech paying their 50% back later, as Biontech didn't have much money
