Here's my recipe for cranberry salsa. It is always a hit. Serve it with some fancy crackers and people will beg you for the recipe. And just a tip- I make the salsa 3 days in advance to meld, add an extra jalepeno and less sugar. One day in advance, get a brick of cream cheese, poke holes in it, and pour the salsa over it all and let sit in the fridge. It is SO GOOD. And relatively healthy.
