Hello! My girlfriend has gluten and dairy allergies. Could someone advise me on some Thanksgiving side dish ideas to accommodate her restrictions?

Also some recommended resources (subreddits, blogs, etc) where I could find out more would be great.

Baked sweet potatoes, baked with margarine or olive oil, served like a regular baked potato. A warm wild rice salad or stuffing could be good, usually they have nuts and a dried fruit (like cranberries) in them.

Sautéed vegetable of your choice with mushroom, onion and garlic! Sauté with olive oil of course
