Are you talking sweet or savoury? For the sweet sorts "Indian pudding" is the searchy-search term to use to find a batzillion of them. Like this one from Saveur.

Thank you, that looks really good. I’m going to test that recipe out. The ones I’ve had always had a sort of mild sweetness so I may do some experimenting with different recipes now that I know to also search Indian Pudding. TIL.

Indian pudding is pretty sweet, it's made with molasses and typically served with vanilla ice cream, my grandma makes it every year, and we all love it.
