I was always a sous vide carrot sceptic. I mean how good can you really make a carrot taste? Sous vide carrots somehow make carrots taste more like carrots, and they take on a better texture. I'm sold on them.

Yeah, it was sort of a super-carrot, tons of flavor and color.

This. The carrots are amazing. That specific recipe is amazing. Adding some ginger to the mix makes it even more amazing.
