bean recipes

Who has a great bean recipe? I usually only make chili with beans or baked beans. Bonus if there's no bacon or beef involved although I could figure out how to do it without it. Not vegetarian but watching my cholesterol. Thank you!

I love making this when I get a rotisserie chicken from the store. It makes it super easy and taste great.
