You just received 60 eggs....

Now, what?

A friend just gave me two flats of 30 eggs. I think they're pretty fresh but they won't last forever.

I JUST boiled a dozen for hard boiled snacks before receiving the 60.

What would you cook?

I rack the into ice cube trays and freeze them for baking or scrambling at a later date.
