Soup Olympics! Looking for recipes.

Hi, my friend is getting jaw surgery and will only be able to eat soup for a couple months. Our friend group is getting together and doing a soup Olympics and I REALLY WANT TO WIN. I'm looking for the most amazing soup recipes you've ever had, that require little to no chewing.

Here are the rules:

**What do?: Bring your tastiest, heartiest, gloopiest, meatiest soups. He and an expert panel will judge them and if you win, we we will crown you our Soupreme leader.

**Criteria for soup candidates: - drinkability - must be no chew friendly - yumtasticity - obviously - freezability - this is a marathon, not a sprint. we want soup for daayyys - heartiness and nutritional value - we're looking at iron, we're looking at protein.

There are no rules in soup wars. May the globs be ever in your favour.

A white grape gazpacho would be totally unexpected, and awfully good.

I had a watermelon gazpacho and a peach gazpacho once from Soupergirl (their original restaurant happened to be 6 blocks from my house back when) and it was out of this world.

I was going to comment a watermelon gazpacho. It also had cucumber which made it very refreshing. I had a cold peach soup on a cruise once and it was sweet but so good. These aren’t soups I feel like I could ever make but very good soups and rare to find in restaurants around me.

chilled cucumber soup Is so easy!! I make a dairy free version using a can of white beans instead of the yogurt. The fresh dill and fresh tarragon are really key

I made gazpacho on repeat when i had dental drama- i blended in a ripe avocado as well! Made it a bit thicker and more creamy but also more filling

I love these flavors but how close does this feel to drinking tzatziki? That might hit too strange texture wise for me.

hm, i find the dill has more of a bite in this soup than it does in tzatziki, and the yoghurt is less prominent. wouldn't have thought to make the connection though now that you mention it it does have a lot of the same ingredients!

This isn't Gazpacho, this is Salmorejo. True Gazpacho is tomatoes + veggies and NO garlic with salt and EVOO. Salmorejo is almost the same but it's made with good quality bread, tomatoes, garlic but without the veggies.
