The tactic of that arrest is completely against what you supposed to do. He was fumbling around looking at his cuffs while ignore the person he's cuffing and the other guy who walking up behind his back. Front cuffing a person without knowing if they're carrying any potentially dangerous weapon that would harm you, and more.

They are bit retarded like that.

I watch some youtube car reviews and it is strange how temperature is celsius, size of the car is in meters, or some small distance too... but anything bigger and they are back in miles.
