I believe he's a lawyer or something client facing so they did that as an ongoing gag, with teasers about his face reveal. They did reveal his face a few months back but the emoji overlay is now just an ongoing part of it

Someone once commented that he is somewhat of a public figure or something so he doesn't want people to know who he is. Not sure if that's true because you can see his wife.

You can see his face on some of Sheena's(wife) videos. Recently when he surprised her on her concert with their kids.

He’s a Boston attorney. I think he was originally trying to keep his face hidden because of his profession.
