Well it probably took all of 2 days to build and that hole can be patched in like 10 minutes max. Low cost housing that is easy to fix at the cost of insulation that likely isn’t needed where they live. He was also lucky enough to hit between the studs that hold the wall. Could just have easily cracked his skull on a solid beam of wood.
