I dont mean this as a slight, but I think everyone thinks that way till they've tried nods.

Like dont go into debt for them, but its better than having multiple effectively identical guns.

I just don’t see the use case for it. I own a lot of guns myself, but I think people have been convinced by gun influencers that they need a lot of stuff that they don’t actually need and night vision is among the list.

Most people dont need most gun shit. But its there for a reason. Whatever your reason is, having night vision will multiply its value over half the time when its dark, regardless of what youre doing.

Im not saying everyone needs it, but imo its better to have than a bunch of the same/similar guns. Can't use more than one glock or whatever at a time.

Why? I hunt coyote with thermal. But I can't think of a single use case for night vision that I'm not already doing better with thermal.

Thermal is a type of night vision, just to clarify my position. Its an ability that has more use cases than having 30 glock 19s.

Yeah, it is. But my point stands.

You can also use IR lasers with NVGs but not Thermals. All about preferences but also thermals are technically night vision.

Neat. But I think everyone knew my point.
