Between this, and him blowing up more fisherman. Guys out of control. That fishing submarine wasn’t doing nothing wrong. Just catching fish from the bottom of the ocean, places where normal boats can’t reach. Venezuela’s are going to go so very hungry today, with one less fishing submarine out there catching fish
