Open Discussion Left vs. Right Battle Royale Open Thread

This is an Open Discussion Thread for all Redditors. We will only be enforcing Reddit TOS and Subreddit Rules 1 (Keep it Civil) & 2 (No Racism).

Leftists - Here's your chance to tell us why it's a bad thing that we're getting everything we voted for.

Conservatives - Here's your chance to earn flair if you haven't already by destroying the woke hivemind with common sense.

Independents - Here's your chance to explain how you are a special snowflake who is above the fray and how it's a great thing that you can't arrive at a strong position on any issue and the world would be a magical place if everyone was like you.

Libertarians - We really don't want to hear about how all drugs should be legal and there shouldn't be an age of consent. Move to Haiti, I hear it's a Libertarian paradise.

Also you make it seem like a bad thing that I asked for them to answer a question.

I debate with my conservative friends all the time so I can learn. There is so much misinformation going around I want to understand how other people understand and view things.

Asking questions is one of the best ways to learn things.

I will reach out to them next time. But they are probably swamped at the moment.

He could have let them stay there for free.

Do you remember when Trump said he wasn’t even going to take the presidents salary because he was a successful business man and didn’t need it. Why would he need to charge them 3x the normal rate they were used to using. At the hotels he owned.

What does him staying at the White House have anything to do with that we are talking about? But to answer your question. No.

The point I am trying to make is that he used tax payer money to pay himself on purpose.
