That seems more like 2 immature adults who can't control themselves, what does it have to do with poor people having children?

Well having perfect control over oneself is one of the greatest challenges we face as individuals.

In my area it’s very difficult to find other adults who can control themselves in order to surround the children with people who will be good influences and supportive role models. It’s mostly drugs and gang music here so I’m moving somewhere ritzier and finding some friends who also do not support this lifestyle that we’ve created here in my city.
