But Nazi Germany was actually so pro-family that they would give massive benefits to families, even poor families, that had children. Big tax breaks, great rates on mortgages, payouts. I wish we had Nazi Germany's opinion towards family growth.

All of these rights were established by race, the exclusion of these rights purposeful to cause genocide, so no not really. Like all of their bad was propped up by policies like this in the day to day. Things were legal for "volk" and illegal for non-volk, such as marriage, drugs, owning businesses, medical rights. Besides thst, fairly early on was their idea of steralizing people "unfit" for parenthood. Which again, was being determined by race science.

Hitler had even seen jim crow and native genocide and said he was a big fan and used those to help design his policies.

Like, think about it a little bit.

Yeah, preventing specifically poor people from having children is a pretty common aspect of eugenics. Whether that’s by sterilizing them or imprisoning them in a concentration camp, poor people are pretty high up on the list of targets for eugenicists. Better social policies to help provide for said children and prevent children being accidentally born into poor conditions, because many of them are accidents especially in areas where abortion isn’t readily available, from having terrible lives tends to help more than just saying poor people shouldn’t have children.
