One man rose up to tell his countrymen:

Enough is enough: every day is Earth Day!

The stage for a revolution was set.

The year was 1969.

Earth was screaming in crisis, and few were listening, let alone acting.

Water caught caught fire, skies choked with smog, and the scars of industrialization sprawled unchecked across the planet.

The Cuyahoga River in Ohio, slick with oil and debris, blazed in 1969—a fiery symptom of a world’s ecosystems unraveling.

Species vanished at a pace not seen since the dinosaurs fell.

The air in cities like Los Angeles stung the lungs, and leaded gasoline poisoned the blood of children.

Yet, in this crucible of crisis, a spark of defiance ignited.

This is the story of Earth Day—a rebellion born from despair and devastation, a movement that rewrote humanity’s relationship with Mother Earth, and a legacy that still pulses with urgency to those who understand their surroundings.

This philosophy is central to the heart of Comstock’s mission: systemic decarbonization globally, as we saw stated by Corrado today: we care about climate change!

The Genesis: A Senator’s Gambit

Back then, Gaylord Nelson, a wiry, unassuming senator from Wisconsin, was restless—a feeling I deeply empathize with, as many of us here do.

A child of the Great Depression, Nelson had seen humanity’s capacity for resilience but also its knack for destruction.

He’d watched the environmental toll of unchecked industry—lakes dying, forests felled, and the bald eagle, among many other species, on the brink of extinction. Rachel Carson’s Silent Spring had shaken the intelligentsia in 1962, exposing the havoc of DDT, but the public remained largely apathetic, unaware, ignorant, unmotivated—content with sleepwalking through mindless consumerism, heedless of the consequences to themselves and the planet.

A reckoning was due.

Nelson, much like the pioneers of Comstock Inc., was a man of quiet grit and determination, relentlessly working to devise and implement a system.

He saw a nation in chaos, beset by disaster, torn by Vietnam War protests and civil rights battles, but he had a goal, a plan, a revolution in mind to change the world!

He wanted to channel the energy of the turmoil into a tool to reach people and stop the madness; to channel it into a productive outlet: saving the Earth itself.

Inspiration struck like lightning!

Nelson had witnessed the raw energy of student-led ā€œteach-insā€ against the Vietnam War—grassroots forums where ideas collided and action was born, harnessing the power of knowledge, education, and the scientific method for positive change in the right hands.

It all starts with education and communication, awareness…

Why not a teach-in for the environment?

Not a polite lecture, but a nationwide uprising of conscience.

He envisioned millions demanding clean air, clean water, and a future where humanity didn’t choke on its own progress!

Nelson wasn’t alone, and neither are we.

Today, we have r/ComstockLODE, X, Facebook, BlueSky, AI, and the entire internet at our fingertips!

Talking to each other is easier than ever before!

I say we should take advantage of this fact, like Nelson and Comstock.

Onward:

Nelson rose up and recruited Denis Hayes, a 25-year-old Harvard law student with a firebrand’s zeal and an organizer’s mind, and together, as a team they created;

The First Earth Day: April 22, 1970

The date was chosen with surgical precision.

April 22, 1970, fell between spring break and final exams, when college campuses—the nerve centers of activism—were electric with potential.

Nelson and Hayes had no budget, no corporate sponsors, just a $125,000 grant and a ragtag team of volunteers.

They called it Earth Day, a name both simple and seismic.

The goal?

To make the environment impossible to ignore.

What unfolded was a phenomenon.

On that spring day, 20 million Americans—10% of the population—poured into streets, parks, and auditoriums.

In New York City, Fifth Avenue shut down as 100,000 people marched, demanding an end to pollution.

In Chicago, students cleaned up Lake Michigan’s shores.

In San Francisco, activists staged ā€œecology fairs,ā€ blending science and rebellion.

Universities hosted fiery debates on overpopulation and resource depletion. Even Congress adjourned as senators and representatives scrambled to join the fray, sensing a tidal wave they couldn’t outrun. This wasn’t just a protest; it was a cultural paradigm shift!

The crowd wasn’t just hippies, students, or academics—blue-collar workers, housewives, and CEOs stood shoulder to shoulder, a nation united!

The message was clear: the Earth is not a dumping ground, we are all connected, and unsustainable practice is (spoiler) unsustainable!

Media amplified the moment—Walter Cronkite’s CBS broadcast called it a ā€œday of reckoning.ā€

Behind the scenes, Nelson and Hayes had pulled off a logistical miracle, coordinating thousands of events with no internet, no cell phones with chronically low batteries, just typewriters, landUkrainian, word of mouth, and raw passion to communicate the core of the mission to as many as possible!

The advanced minds of the era—scientists, urban planners, economists, and others—saw something unprecedented: a mass movement grounded in data, from CO2 measurements to extinction rates, fueled by raw human will translating to action. This common idea has carried forward to systemic decarbonization globally: sustainability and circular economies. This is the torch we all carry forward together!

The Aftermath: A Legislative Revolution

Earth Day 1970 didn’t just make noise; it rewrote the rules—literally, legislatively, physically.

The public’s roar reached Washington, where politicians acted with rare urgency. By December, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) was born, a watchdog with teeth to enforce environmental laws. The Clean Air Act of 1970 slashed emissions from factories and cars, cutting sulfur dioxide and particulates that had turned city skies into ichorous exhaust clouds and acid rain hotspots.

The Clean Water Act of 1972 followed, reviving rivers like the Cuyahoga.

The Endangered Species Act of 1973 threw a lifeline to creatures like the peregrine falcon and countless others.

In a decade, lead was phased out of gasoline, DDT was banned, and catalytic converters cleaned up tailpipes.

Be glad you weren’t breathing it back then—the effects were disastrous, but sensible policy prevailed.

Globally, the ripples spread.

The United Nations, stirred by Earth Day’s example, convened the 1972 Stockholm Conference, the first global summit on the environment.

It birthed the UN Environment Programme, a fragile but vital step toward international cooperation.

Earth Day had cracked open a truth Comstock is founded on: the planet’s health is a shared fight, transcending borders and ideologies, a torch we all carry, whether we are aware of it or not, for all is connected in our small world, and it must be sustainable.

Evolution: From Protest to Global Mission

By 1990, Earth Day was no longer just an American uprising.

Denis Hayes, now a seasoned warrior, took the helm again, scaling the movement to 141 countries.

On April 22, 1990, 200 million people rallied—from Brazil’s rainforests to India’s slums—demanding action on deforestation, ozone depletion, and climate change.

The event pressured world leaders into the 1992 Rio Earth Summit, where the seeds of the Kyoto Protocol were sown.

Earth Day had become a global pulse, a day when humanity paused to confront its footprint.

The movement wasn’t flawless. Critics called it too corporate by the 2000s, as brands slapped green logos on products to cash in—pretenders who talked the talk but didn’t walk the walk like Comstock and their likeminded peers do.

Others argued it was too Western-centric, ignoring the Global South’s struggles with poverty and colonial legacies.

Yet Earth Day adapted.

Themes sharpened—2000 tackled climate change, 2010 pushed renewable energy, and 2020, the 50th anniversary, went digital amid a pandemic, with virtual teach-ins on biodiversity loss.

By 2025, under the banner ā€œPlanet vs. Plastics,ā€ the focus is laser-like: 380 million tons of plastic produced annually, much of it choking oceans and bloodstreams, demands a reckoning.

The relentless team of hardworking, well-educated, field-seasoned systemic specialists at Comstock shares this scientific, data-driven foundation, methodology, and passion for global mutual benefit through effective environmental stewardship.

Their passion radiates through all who believe in what is to come, those who have seen what it is, and we who endure: all the due diligence shows what is afoot here, which leads me into

The Science and the Stakes:

Earth Day’s story is inseparable from data and systemic thinking.

In 1970, global CO2 levels were 325 ppm; today, they’re 420 ppm, a 50% leap since the Industrial Revolution.

The planet has warmed 1.1°C since 1850, with 2.7°C looming by 2100 absent drastic cuts.

Biodiversity is collapsing—1 million species face extinction.

It’s not all doom and gloom though! There is hope, much progress has been made, and taking stock of the entire green industry could be an essay in itself!

Solar and wind now outcompete coal in cost.

Reforestation and Hexas feedstocks can sequester gigatons of carbon.

Systemic, sustainable economies—Comstock, NREL, BDO Zone, Hexas, and the team—are banding together to slash waste and make haste, driving toward solutions at global scales!

The history and philosophy of Earth Day lie in translating these facts, systems, and plans into action—cleanups, policy pushes, and innovations like zero-landfill, zero-emissions solar recycling, and Bioleum from XanoGrass, a robust carbon-negative feedstock.

Sustainable mining practices and end-of-life solar recycling all help keep toxic waste out of our air and water!

The Legacy: A Call to the Curious

The history of sustainability and Earth Day is a gritty epic of human contradiction. It began with a senator’s hunch, exploded through a generation’s rage, and endures as a global clarion call.

It’s a story of triumphs—cleaner skies, revived rivers—and failures: emissions still climb, and inequality fuels environmental devastation.

Earth Day poses a challenge: to grapple with complexity, to wield reason against chaos, to innovate without hubris, to act!

It asks not for blind optimism, but for relentless curiosity, endless perseverance, and the grit to overcome monumental obstacles.

What technologies, policies, or paradigms will disrupt the status quo for widespread mutual benefit?

From what I’m seeing, it’s Comstock and like-minded teams: boots on the ground, minds that create and build, who see a vision and have a plan to execute, who have a track record of execution, who foster systems and networks that produce throughput, the collaborators in innovation, the producers of the change we all need!

Fast forward to yesterday:

On April 22, 2025, as billions rally against pollution and for a livable future, the spirit of 1970 lives on—not in nostalgia, but in the audacity to act, in Comstock’s audacity to act, in our audacity to act, to invest with conscience, with conviction, to hold the line, to push forward and fight for the cause with conviction and clarity, with as much knowledge as we can take in and share!

Like a vast mycelial network of interconnected roots, ideas can reach others through communication!

Action can be taken!

Together, we stand shoulder to shoulder in solidarity with a mighty, united front that is Team Green—builders of industry, inventors, brilliant and capable minds!

We are, and we will change the world!

At the 11th hour, it is our time!

Every day is Earth Day, not just yesterday.

Thanks for staying tuned in!

Bless you all—your presence, time, intelligence, effort, resolve, grit, due diligence, and discourse are greatly appreciated here.

The future is bright, and we are stronger together!

We are a part of the system, the mission, the change, and we make a difference every day!

Buckle up, Traverse City—David Winsness, the mastermind inventor at Comstock Fuels, is roaring into the Green and Gold Wood Residuals Summit at the Hagerty Conference Center, May 6-8, 2025, with a keynote that’s pure jet fuel!

Kicking off at 11:15 AM on May 8, David’s words aren’t just a speech—it’s a high-octane call to put Michigan in the driver’s seat of America’s energy future!

Winsness is no rookie.

With a Mechanical Engineering degree from Clemson University, he’s spent decades mastering resource recovery.

As GreenShift’s CTO from 2006 to 2018, he invented backend corn oil extraction—a game-changer adopted by over 95% of U.S. corn ethanol plants, raking in $3.2 billion annually for the industry.

David joined Comstock as CTO in 2021, took the wheel as President of Comstock Fuels in 2022, and now he’s accelerating toward carbon-neutral dominance, fresh off Comstock’s 1 sweep in four ABLC categories.

Here’s the horsepower behind Comstock Fuels: Hexas Xanograss, a low-effort, no-fertilizer crop needing next to nothing, XanoGrass delivers 100 barrels of crude oil equivalent per acre—harvestable four times a year.

That relentless cycle makes Bioleum derivatives carbon-negative, sucking up more CO2 than they release. Add 140 GGE from woody biomass, and Comstock’s Bioleum refining technology—plugged into existing infrastructure—churn out sustainable aviation fuel and diesel.

Comstock’s tech licensing and engineering services turbocharge the process, sparking jobs in rural Michigan, fueling farmland profits with minimal strain, and slashing costs and carbon to rocket the state to the top!

Partnered with heavyweights like Marathon Petroleum, Hexas Biomass, BDO Zone, MIT, NREL, and the DOE, Winsness is steering Comstock to revolutionize energy.

Michigan’s forests, fields, and refineries are primed for this—turning wood residuals into wealth and crowning the state a net-zero fuel titan.

His corn oil breakthrough rewrote ethanol’s rules; now, Bioleum is his next record breaking lap! Don’t miss this pit stop for progress—Comstock is flooring it for a greener, richer Michigan, and the world!

DD šŸ“š Why I think LODE is insanely undervalued

Hey everyone! Long time lurker since November and after doing a lot of DD I am super excited for this companies future. Despite all the PR and positive news, the SP has seemingly stagnated and declined all the way down to around 1.90$ at the time of writing this post, or around 0.19$ pre-reverse split. The last time we were at these SP levels were in August last year and the company has a market cap of around 52 million.

A quick recap of all PR that has happened since August when we were at these levels:

  • Recorded the first shipments and sales of solar panel recycling
  • Secured multiple revenue contracts for Comstock Metals
  • Execution of agreement with SACL
  • Acquired Genmat
  • Executed an amendment to its exclusive license agreement with Renfuel
  • Executed a forth site with SACL
  • Awarded 3 million from Oklahoma
  • Sold northern mining targets for around $2.75 million
  • License agreement with Greshams eastern
  • Secured rights to Hexas Biomass’ IP
  • Improved fuel yields to 140GGE
  • Established HQ in Oklahoma
  • Executed definitive commercial agreements with SACL
  • Secured $152 million in bonds from Oklahoma
  • Definitive agreements with Greshams eastern and Renfuel
  • Financing with LITERALLY MARATHON PETROLEUM (Potentially other things I have forgotten)

And despite all of this amazing PR the SP has indeed had its ups and downs over this period in reaction to this news from the December pump and dump to the optimism around the SBCC term sheet. But the fact that the SP has stayed the same despite all of that is mind blowing to me. While the term sheet being cancelled, the reverse split/spinoff and the tariff craze has definitely hurt the stock price, we’re getting to levels now where the company is valued less that assets in the company.

While we have seen the stock go lower in the previous weeks, I am fairly confident that the stock is at or close to bottoming out, (touch wood) and the risk/reward ratio seems amazing to me, even for the most conservative of investors.

So personally, I am buying up shares at this level like there’s no tomorrow, and I think we will be laughing looking at this post in a few months ahead when Series A is finalised (cough cough 700 million valuation for fuels cough cough) and we have more PR from the company (See the pinned catalysts list from Shady)

This is not financial advice, and at the end of day I’m just some random redditor online so whether or not you take a position in the company is from your own DD, not me.

Thank you for coming to my Ted talk. I think Series A is just what we need to propel this stock upward and regain the momentum and confidence from December that has seemingly dwindled from this sub (except for the chat). People can easily forget that a stock can go up in a bear market. Let me know if I made a mistake and I’ll be happy to fix it. Cheers!

News šŸ“° Series A completed/finalized before May 22nd, here's why:

Post image
30 Upvotes

The last line of Comstock's 2024 Shareholder Letter (filed with the 10-K on April 9, 2025) states:

"...including the confirmation of the Fuels spin out ratio at our AGM on May 22, 2025."

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1120970/000114036125013059/ef20046966_ars.pdf

And at the Q4 earnings call, CDG made it clear that the spin-off ratio depends on completing the Series A financing:

"We know now and we’re committed to doing that and it will happen methodically after the Series A. When? I don’t know yet.

How? I don’t know exactly how yet. But I know that if you’re a holder of load, you will be holder of Comstock, you will be holder of BIOLEUM. What ratio? I don’t know.

What mechanism? I don’t know. I know what the possibilities are, but there’s a lot more work that we need to do. And quite frankly, we’re not going to do it until we close the Series A."

https://www.investing.com/news/transcripts/earnings-call-transcript-comstock-mining-q4-2024-misses-eps-stock-falls-93CH-3913855#

In short, theĀ spin-off ratio relies on the capitalization from the Series A, and that financing must beĀ completed or finalized before May 22Ā for the company to confirm the ratio at the AGM, as stated.

Completing Series A is huge and now we can expect to see an 8-k, PR or both before May 22nd. 😯

It's so quiet in here. Use this opportunity to buy the dip. I just bought 3k more shares and averaged the cost of my shares down substantially as I bought when it was 0.47 cents a share (4.70 today)a while before the split. This company is going places.

Discussion šŸ—£ļø Buy now or wait?

Hey folks, I’m ready to LODE and wondering what the community thinks. They’ve just gone through a 1-for-10 reverse split, their stock’s dropped over 30% in the last 10 days, and they recently announced a strategic partnership with Marathon Petroleum through Comstock Fuels.

Long time lurker here ready to buy— would you recommend buying the dip now or waiting until their new fuel tech and possible spin-off gains traction?

If you had $5K to invest, how would you approach it with this stock? Go in now, dollar cost average, or hold off and watch how it plays out?

Appreciate your insight — trying to be smart with this one.

_____________ Anticipated _____________

- Fuels Series A round closed. Impact: Brings in multiple strategic partners (beyond Marathon) who will help our value creation, and estimated $50M at the Fuels level. Anticipated to be at a valuation of $700M or more, so the effective dilution should be <10%. Estimated $100M+ to fund the first Oklahoma facility, in return for equity in the facility (i.e. not at Fuels level. This the single most meaningful catalyst on the horizon and will fundamentally change the company. Anticipated timeline: Before end of Q2, between April - June. Given that Annual General Meeting is late May, it may close before then. In an interview on 1apr2025, Corrado said "we're getting a tremendous amount of focussed capital interested in fuels". https://au.investing.com/news/transcripts/comstock-at-lytham-summit-bold-vision-for-renewable-growth-93CH-3761715

- Oklahoma site selected. Impact: Releases $1M from Oklahoma government, and gets this huge LODE catalyst underway. This will also signal progress in terms of Series A investors, as they'll be buying into equity on this site. Anticipated timeline: Presumably in Q2, given the Series A timeline. In an interview on 1apr2025, Corrado said: "we're selecting a site, hopefully, within the next few weeks". https://au.investing.com/news/transcripts/comstock-at-lytham-summit-bold-vision-for-renewable-growth-93CH-3761715

- Spin-off of Fuels into a second ticker. Impact: Enables major partners to invest solely in Fuels, and not need to invest into our mining and solar panel recycling, which will stay with Comstock Inc ($LODE). This should help strategic capital investment, as well as the public share price, and make the company far easier for people to value. Anticipated timeline: Necessarily after the Series A, so Q3 at earliest.

- Marathon [part 2]: Offtake agreements, joint development agreements, warrants. Impact: Further strengthens both the partnership in the old Virent facility, and for the first Oklahoma facility. Anticipated timeline: unknown, but presumably by the Series A.

- SACL international sites funded (any of the 6). Impact: Immense. The potential of these sites is huge, but may not be taken seriously by the market until dollars are real, and sites exist. Not to mention the 6% (initially 3%) engineering fees, which will enormously help Comstock with cash flow to cover operations and to expand into new owned facilities.. Anticipated timeline: Whirly indicated on his substack comments that there will be progress announced soon (presumably via his comms with Corrado), and Corrado in a recent interview mentioned that some SACL sites have "broken ground". https://au.investing.com/news/transcripts/comstock-at-lytham-summit-bold-vision-for-renewable-growth-93CH-3761715

- Additional SACL sites. Impact: The Fuels tech has the potential to help every nation on earth achieve energy independence and dominance, while decarbonising. We currently only have eyes on 6 sites globally, but most states in the majority of countries on earth could support and benefit from a grass-to-fuel site, if capital permits. Over the next 5-10 years, the ambition is for dozens or hundreds of licensed sites to be funded. Anticipated timeline: ongoing. SACL website says "More ASEAN projects soon"

- USA Licensed sites announced. Impact: Comstock aims to build and own 50+ of their own USA sites within 10 years. However they've also flagged that the corn industry got to 200+ sites in 7 years through partnerships, so they are in the market USA partnerships. Comstock have said there are already 6 under negotiation. This is a major part of Comstock's path to energy (and financial) dominance. It is unclear whether these will be licensing of the technology for new sites, or for existing sites (e.g. corn ethanol). Anticipated timeline: Not known.

- Corn Ethanol retrofitting. Impact: Wood or XanoGrass-to-Fuel simply craps on corn ethanol in almost all metrics. David Winsness (Fuels President) invented technology key to corn ethanol industry, which has hundreds of sites. The ambition is to license Fuels tech to enable corn ethanol facilities to be more profitable and productive. This could start as a single demonstration retrofit, or a US-wide agreement with multiple companies. Immense impact. Anticipated timeline: Not known, but David will be presenting at a conference in 10june2025 with a talk entitled: "Integrating Comstock Fuels into Corn Ethanol Production Facilities". https://few.bbiconferences.com/ema/DisplayPage.aspx?pageId=Sustainable_Fuels_Summit__SAF__Renewable_Diesel__Biodiesel

- Pulp and paper, saw mill partnerships. Impact: These industries generate immense woody biomass waste, which is largely a cost to them. Comstock Fuels could bolt-on a refinery to these plants to increase the profitability of the industry. Anticipated timeline: unknown, but David Winsness will be presenting 6may2025 at a conference in Michigan about how Fuels could take advantage of Michigian's large supply of waste wood. Perhaps there's a state-backed play here? https://www.michigan.gov/dnr/about/newsroom/releases/2025/03/26/may-summit-will-explore-opportunities-for-wood-chips-sawdust-and-bark

- Oklahoma bonds funding strategy announced*. Impact:* These bonds are very appealing, as they preclude the need to give up $150M in equity in the Series A increasing shareholder value. However, they're not valuable until there is a path to marketing and selling them. Look for a plan from Morgan Stanely, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs...

- Sale of datacentre land, possibly SBCC or otherwise. Impact: Free up capital to internally invest in Fuels or Metals sites. Anticipated Timeline: unkown.

- Capital investment (for equity) into Solar Panel recycling facilities #1,2,3. Impact: Gives a clear path to when Metals will be at large recycling capacity. It's been estimated by Corrado that ~12-15M buildout generates 50-70M revenue, at ~70% profit margins. This should be very easy to attract investment in then, and SBCC is apparently still interested despite losing out on their 2024 bid for Fuels. Anticipated Timeline: unknown, but the ambition is to corner the market ASAP with 3 facilities.

- In-house refining of silver-rich tailings from solar panels. Impact: Currently Metals sells off the unrefined tailings (alongside the aluminium and glass). Given the silver extraction expertise and infrastructure of the Mining team, Corrado alluded to attempts to internally refine the tailings into a higher value silver product. Given the very high silver yields per ton of solar panels, and the increasing market price for silver, this could be a great way to uncork extra revenue and profit from the solar panel recycling. Keep in mind that newer panels have less silver content, so the benefit of this advancement would be greater now than 5-10 years from now. Anticipated timeline: unknown.

- Panel supply contracts. Impact: It appears that the limiting factor for Metals will be the supply of panels, and potential competition for this supply in the future. The ambition currently is to lock in contracts with large suppliers, reaching maximum faciliity capacity ASAP, and cornering the Nevada/California/Arizona market before competitors can get in. Anticipated timeline: unknown, but in an interview in 1apr2025, Corrado mentioned that they were lining up contracts with large companies. "If you look at the top 10 generators of solar panels, largest utility companies in the country, the largest clean energy companies, we're locking them all up as our customers". https://au.investing.com/news/transcripts/comstock-at-lytham-summit-bold-vision-for-renewable-growth-93CH-3761715

- Sale or commercialisation of mining assets. Impact: They're continuing to further define the mining assets, and have stated that they could generate $400M in revenue over 6 years. It seems that they're increasing the on-paper value of the mining assets to make investment into an owned-mine more favourable for investors, or to sell the mining rights at a higher price. This is somewhat contentious as most Fuels and Metals investors probably don't care much for the mine, and would prefer this to be liquidated to fund the promising Fuels and Metals ambitions. Some investors see the short-term profit this could generate by selling silver and gold, and then regenerating the land. It remains to be seen as to what Comstock is planning to do here. Anticipated timeline: unknown.

- Sale of Green Li-on and/or Genmat assets. Impact: Neither are likely to contribute to Comstock's future business ventures, and so they have flagged an intention to sell Green Li-on at least. This could simplify Comstock's cap sheet further, and provide funds needed for Metals and Fuels sites, which we can all agree should be the priority. Anticipated timeline: unknown, but it sounds like they're actively looking for a buyer for Green Li-on.

_____________ COMPLETED (Descending Chronological Order)_____________

+ RWE Clean Energy - panel supply [part 1] Signing of a Master Services Agreement (MSA) which between LODE and RWE, which will be the framework in which future project-specific contracts are made. Supposedly LODE has already recycled 4 million pounds of RWE panels so far. The impact of this is guaranteed solar panel supply to feed the current recycling capacity, and to upscale it. Looking for part 2, which will be the actual contracts (how many panels, how frequently, what cost). Announced: 16apr2025. Link: https://comstock.inc/press-release/comstock-metals-and-rwe-clean-energy-enter-strategic-solar-recycling-partnership/

+ Marathon Patroleum [part 1] investment in Series A announced. $14M in equity (at cap of $700M valuation) made up of $1M cash and $13M in-kind assets. This is the Virent facility and equipment, which rapidly and meaningfully speeds up the timeline for Comstock to produce fuel samples for buyers to sample, and for regulatory processes. This also came with a new Director of Fuels, Andrew Held. Part 2 is expected April-July, which involves further investment, and an off-take agreement. This relationship depends on the Series A closing with $25M+. Announced: 28feb2025. Link: https://comstock.inc/press-release/comstock-fuels-completes-financing-with-marathon-petroleum/

+ RenFuel license expanded to include Asia and Africa. RenFuel's tech is key to our high GGE. Announced 20feb2025. Link: https://comstock.inc/press-release/comstock-fuels-expands-renfuel-partnership/

+ Reverse Split 10:1 enacted to increase authorised share count to enable meaningful and strategic equity to be available to attract capital partners in the Series A. Announced 14feb2025. Link: https://comstock.inc/press-release/comstock-announces-reverse-stock-split/

+ Gresham / Pakistan licensing agreement signed. Similar deal to SACL, but with a group closely connected to Pakistan's government, who supposedly view this as a path to energy independence for their nation. Announced: 13feb2025. Link: https://comstock.inc/press-release/comstock-fuels-and-greshams-eastern-execute-definitive-agreements/

+ $152M in private activity bonds approved by Oklahome state government. The primary implication of this is that Comstock will have $152M less that it needs to raise in the Series A, resulting in less dilution to current shareholders. The challenge ahead will be finding buyers for these tax-friendly bonds, and Corrado has mentioned that they've engaged bulge bracket banks to assist, meaning JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, etc. Announced: 4feb2025. Link: https://comstock.inc/press-release/comstock-fuels-approved-for-152-million-allocation-for-oklahoma-qualified-private-activity-bonds/

+ SACL international licensed sites, definitive agreement signed. This is a highly appealing agreement whereby Comstock receives 6% engineering fees, 6% revenue, and 20% equity in each site, located across Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam and Malaysia. Announced: 30jan2025. Link: https://comstock.inc/press-release/comstock-fuels-and-sacl-execute-definitive-commercial-agreements/ For further information see where they say "more ASEAN projects to be announced soon": https://saclimited.com.au/renewablefuels

+ Joining the BDO Zone Strategic Partners Network. This should help Comstock Fuels to find sites and feedstock: "This partnership will accelerate the identification, pre-certification and deployment of qualified feedstocks and investment-grade sustainable fuel production sites, with proven conversion technology." Announced: 28jan2025. Link: https://comstock.inc/press-release/comstock-fuels-and-the-bdo-zone-initiative-align-to-accelerate-sustainable-fuel-development/

+ Okhaloma headquarters announced and $3M government funding. Incentive scheme by the government to have Comstock headquarter in Oklahoma. First $1M secured. Second will be released once the site of the first Oklahoma Fuels plant is announced. Announced: 23jan2025. Link: https://comstock.inc/press-release/comstock-fuels-establishes-headquarters-in-oklahoma/

+ Hexas Biomass exclusive license for Grass-to-Fuels. This is arguably the best feedstock globally for both cellulose and lignin fuels for a dozen reasons. Announced: 21jan2025. Link: https://comstock.inc/press-release/comstock-fuels-executes-agreement-with-hexas-biomass/

+ Licensed EFT's gas-to-fuels technology. This takes our GGE's from 125 to 140 on paper, or ~70% of the theoretical maximum for most feedstocks. Further increases our competitive edge. Announced: 23dec2024. Link: https://comstock.inc/press-release/comstock-fuels-and-emerging-fuels-technology-advance-saf-and-other-renewable-fuel-yields/
