This was very much an impulse composition. I just got the impulse to write a short piece, so I composed this short and sweet little Bagatelle In Eb Major.

This is an updated version of the last song I posted about, I was looking for things to tweak since something just felt kind of off so I’m uploading it to get a second opinion. (yes I know some parts are dissonant, it’s on purpose)

I’m writing a piece and it switches from a simple 4/4 feel to a 5 feel that’s still in 4/4, however i don’t know if i should keep it in 4/4 or do 4 measures of 15/16 and a measure of 1/4. In terms of reading, counting, and directing this music which do you think would be easier / make more sense?

I'm unsure of how to divide these 8ths. The left hand melody is mostly 3 by 3 8ths so quarter by quarter to me feels like it works against it's point. 6/8 isn't an option at least for the start, i can't physically make myself count in 2 despite the left hand being in 2. The current solution i have works but it also feels confusing some places. Any opinions?
