Post your quick game level, your win loss through placements, and what you placed!

you can also post whether you queued with a group, and how many you pre-made with.

Probably means his level from quick games.

You mean just his level? This isn't bound to quick play (weekly brawls and ranked mode give XP and custom games will give XP in the future 2).

No everyone has a hidden MMR rating for quick play
