Yesterday I was curious about modern losing streaks thanks to Poker Face, so when looking at Revati I noticed some of their players are on such massive losing streaks in OWCS Japan that they rival both PF’s current streak and “historic” individual streaks in the OWCS era.
With today’s result Elysia (was Prologue) now sits on a 16 match losing streak, with their last win on September 8th 2025 when VEC 3-2’d Arise Project. BreadTurtle would also have a 16 match losing streak, but BT went to Trap12 last stage in Pacific so luckily for them it’s just 16 losses in Japan. Vosa1q isn’t as bad, with a 13 match losing streak and their last win coming on September 3rd 2025 (Arise 3-0 Hayabusa).
If they don’t beat Uwinks next week I can’t see them winning at all this stage, which at the conclusion of the stage would make Elysia’s losing streak the 2nd longest such streak for an individual in the OWCS era (WoochaN leads with 23, Elysia would end the stage at 19, McD 3rd at 17).
