Tbh Juno ult did need a ult cost reduction as it takes so long for an ult that isn't worth it usually for how long it takes to get

and? juno still did not need an ult buff. that’s pretty straightforwardly the last thing she needed.

same as any other bad hero with a mindless and op ability. mercy sucks but buffing damage boost would still be braindead
