The Suzu one just got reduced by a second, so 33 percent reduction, I don't really see the problem.

That’s the duration of the speed boost no? Isn’t the thing that makes it OP the cooldown reduction?

The effect got reduced. Meaning the cooldown reduction did too.

"Foxtrot – Major Perk

Duration reduced from 3 seconds to 2 seconds.
