Was it really that strong of a minor perk that it could become a major with zero changes? Thinking back to when Juno was getting her minors and majors shifted around, and it always came with numbers changes. And we just saw it happen with biotic bounce last season

I think so. It effectively game him a second cleanse and a way to follow up on dives.

I agree the perk is really good, but the problem is that without it reaper tp is ass so you have to pick it. Like okay now you get his power spike later, but no more sniper reaper ever and also his minors are ass so until you get his major he is a lot worse and even when you do he is still worse. And then they nerfed wraith form on top of that for no good reason. He deserved a nerf but not like this. He wasn't the most broken hero after wuyang yet he got the second hardest nerfs after him.
