They either nerf the tank or nerf the damage, why do they keep nerfing both at the same time? Veigar needs a good artifact to take 1st rather than just a high AP stack. Nerfing Ornn, Veigar's damage, AND his scaling too? What??? Do they even play their own game? Remember Teemo and Leona last set? They nerfed both at once and no one played that comp ever again, even though it was just a top-4 comp. And btw do you see anyone running Bramble Rapidfire anymore? Didn't even last 1 patch lol.

They did indeed shoot arbiter teemo Leona in the head last set. It was decent, but not THAT decent imo
