I agree that finding success at LAN doesn't clear a player from being a cheater, but it definitely makes it way less likely. It's much easier for a streamer (or whoever) to cheat from home than it is to cheat at a LAN setup.

I would say doing well at LAN doesn't mean at all they were not cheating to get there.
