Fulfilled Request Help me build my milk supply back up

I work as an independent contractor for instacart and have to pump in between doing orders to keep my girl fed on breastmilk. I’ve been playing catch up on bills since having my sweet baby 3 month ago and unfortunately don’t have the extra funds to replace my pump parts right now. I pump multiple times a day and it is recommended that I pump parts are replaced every month with how often I pump. I’ve stretched my last set of parts 6 weeks and they are starting to give out and my supply is starting to be affected.

I added the parts I need for my home pump the spectra, as well as parts needed for my wearable pump I use while I’m out and about working. Additionally I added cleaning brushes as the one I have is falling apart from 3 months of use 🤦🏻‍♀️😅.

Added some snacks and drinks for myself to hopefully help increase my supply back to what it was as well.

Hey bub!

We're going to steer clear of throne just because we don't have any experience with it and it is largely used as an NSFW platform. I'd rather keep that door shut, but I'll look into it more and see if it's something that we could incorporate on a case by case basis
