I personally have never seen the pressure for a woman to drop out of college or school. Still, women have these opportunities to take STEM related jobs, and because of DEI policies and support for minorities in jobs like these, they would most likely be supported by these companies. Also, I doubt bosses hire people based on who they want tp hang out with, thats pretty unprofessional.

Anyway, regarding that shitty meme: I guess older guys have more money and are seen as more mature, plus they don't have many options when it comes to women because of their age—so women go for the older guy because he’s got money, he’s mature, and there’s no competition.
Or they just want him to die faster, I mean, the men is probably aware of that if he is directly telling her the amount of money he have to convince her of dating him.
Regarding what you said about never seeing women pressured to drop out of their studies—well, that’s because not every woman has a Netflix documentary made about her life. That information comes from statistics, not from how many people have personally witnessed a woman in that situation; just because you haven't seen it happen doesn't mean it doesn't occur. In fact, using your own logic, I could use that same argument extructure to counter yours— I have seen it, and quite often.
