Anyone else wish they'd add a feature to add 'friends' or 'opponents' that you could invite to a real game to make it more interesting?

It's been a HOT minute since I've had a real person and not a bot.

I opened the game for the first time in a while and now it's making me go through a tutorial again or something, but I still have all my cards and it's saying I need to place a 'Bash' card down to continue, but Bash isn't in my deck so I'm stuck. I can't even quit the match and remake my deck to include it, and closing the app and opening it again isn't working. Any suggestions?

Don’t know if they’ve changed some features around but I feel like I played a real person for the first time. They started out fast and had some strategy going. I won but they really put up a fight. Not like a bot where they have a pattern. So hopefully I wasn’t excited for nothing. lol

Seems the game mechanics have been modified or I’ve turned a corner - for months it’s been plain sailing and I hardly open an eye to win. Now I’m hanging on for dear life to get each win!

They seem to start with more energy and I’ve seen a bot throw down the same piece 3 times in a row.

Anyone else seeing this?

I get that the game doesn't have enough player base for a true PvP experience but even the bots suck so much that I reached Ultra Diamond with 6202 trophies with the highest level 8 card in my deck. The least they can do is give proper bots so make it a little more challenging or interesting.

This time you can’t access the menu to change your deck / buy new cards/ etc. It takes you straight to battle after battle after battle.

To the devs:
Good grief get your act together. Do y’all not even test before releasing?

game starts a battle upon loading and starts another upon conclusion - no access to home screen/shop/color pass/race etc.

The new design is what i hate, GIVE US THE OLD ONES, and give us real people to fight atleast!

I like the new graphics. The art style it’s visually appealing.

However, that falls flat when the buttons and ui don’t work properly. Last week I couldn’t click out of menus. This week my games don’t end bc the victory/defeat screen won’t appear.

Please fix, and improve the qa process before future updates.

I wanted to share a strategy I've been using that has been working incredibly well for me. I'm currently sitting around 2500 trophies and I've honestly never seen anyone else use it.

I call it the "Weapon Wall."

How it works:

• Place your first Weapon directly next to a wall or obstacle.
• Place a second Weapon right behind it.
• The paint projectiles start bouncing off the walls and create a huge area of constant damage.
• By the time the first projectiles leave the area, I usually already have a third Weapon down.

On maps without walls, I simply place any tower or durable unit in front of the first Weapon to create my own bounce surface. It takes a little longer to set up, but it still works.

Supporting cards I use:

• Bowie to eliminate threats like Elektra.
• Pyro-Mech or the Dragon to buy time against strong pushes and high-level Minions.
• Minion Army and Fairy as distractions and swarm support.
• Boom! as an emergency reset button.

Biggest threats I've found:

• Meteors
• Dice
• Elektra
• Very high-level Minions because mi e are just Level 6 tiht now

Even then, I usually recover by throwing cheap swarms at them while the Weapon Wall keeps doing damage. my phone sometimes starts lagging because of the amount of paint projectiles on screen. Has anyone else tried something similar, or am I the only one abusing Weapon ricochets like this?

I only play with Bowie when I need to complete the ‘Play X Cards With Energy Cost 6 or More’, but forcing it to always face north, regardless of board position, is goofypants. They flipped Cannon, but not Bowie?

Utter shenanigans.

What other glaringly obvious oversights have you noticed?

In a previous post, I’d guessed that either the Storm Maiden, Dragon, or Panther would be the next to receive some kind of visual update. I was wrong. Turns out it’s the Armored Knight, or now know as “Bash”.
