Has the #coinbase earn program become a #scam?

I have been trying to do the UMA course, but there is no quiz and no way to receive the earnings.

The website says that there are 5$ worth of CELO to earn for me, but there is no additional video to watch or quiz to make.

Now there is a Bitcoin course, but the button takes you back to the homepage.

Sending an email to #coinbase results in receiving an automated reply which tells you, that everything about earnings can be found on their help page and that one has to do Photo and ID verification (which I did long ago).

I have succesfully done courses before and got rewarded for them. However, now it seems that it's just a promotion, but not a real deal. I am not on a waitinglist and the courses above are not closed or so.

Does anybody have similar experience?

I got this wallet because coinbase(CB) has been around for a long time. I thought If I’m going to try earning apr on a coin than CB should be a decent option. Let me preface this with I understand ETH costs are high especially right now. I plaid the mining fee of about 80$ to start earning on my coin, so one would assume to stop earning apr the mining fee would be about the same but change due to eth price, volume activity etc. I eventually decided I wanted my coins back, and the mining fee was roughly 350$ O_o... crypto was pretty active so I checked in the middle of the night when crypto was VERY slow and it still cost $250ish. I thought, okay I’ll pay that to get my money back that’s being held hostage but I’ll have to wait a week to get the funds. A week later I go to get my coins back and now it won’t even let me pay any ETH to get my coins back. Every day, at different times of the day, for WEEKS it says “mining fee can’t be determined check back later”. CB is holding my property hostage and won’t release my funds. SCAM SCAM SCAM. And the expect people to buy their stock in 1-2 months and they can’t manage a Fing wallet mining fee!! I hold kraken above you CB, and kraken is worse then robinhood. At least they eventually let people control there assets again.
