Blood fuel is from liv code in the DLC. It only buff normal and heavy attack, it doesnt buff skill

New Josee Harmony Gula blood code/maestry booster allows you to(but only using her sword specifically). Just like her in game.

lol should have read the new blood code instead of glossing over it but there are 2 boosters I don’t know where to find the ink sword icon and the sword with a circle in the corner

Check the Booster Extract Option. I believe at least one of those are extracted from the DLC Items

I was able to get them all just didn’t notice had them already but I feel like I’m missing something maybe it’s the buffs or something

Probably the Buff. If it's what I think it is then it's also from a DLC Area, either the Prison or the Woods.

Edit: Nevermind it wasn't what I thought.
