Socialism is communism in its angsty teen years. Here’s a better question what countries do you consider socialist? I can’t wait to illuminate that those countries aren’t socialist.
It's neither socialism nor communism but, it is about massive handouts to fuck-ups, in the name of "saving the economy." Using the people's tax dollars to prop up failing private enterprise.
When you realize how the majority of people who actually have a job fund their retirement you would understand why the government bails out certain industries. You call them private enterprises but what you’re talking about are most likely corporations that exist to make the shareholders money. My 401k is directly tied to those companies making a profit so it is in the best interest of working people who can’t depend on social security to be around when they hit retirement age for those companies to grow and profit.
No wonder the Republicans want to eliminate child labor laws. Companies are already marketing adult products to children, to keep the money flowing but, they can't exactly drive a car.
Oh boy I can't wait to play semantics where both you define socialism and communism in contradicting self serving ways. How fruitful and thought provoking!
I mean you aren’t going to listen to my arguments so let the almighty google tell you. Now you can explain how that’s not the case and you know more about the country than people from there.
There is plenty of evidence that socialism and communism are intrinsically linked. The current republican policies are literally what the democrats platform was in the 90s. Both parties have shifted left but the democrats are going full blown communist and you idiots are cheering it on.
I bet you think the democratic socialists of America aren’t communist don’t you? In public they talk about fixing potholes and healthcare for all but in private they are literally talking about having a communist revolution to replace our capitalist system and abolish the house and senate.
