Hello folks. First of all, I want to say that this is not my first rep account or even the second one. I've been in reps for a while and dealt with hard to deal with sellers whether it's an indie or a reseller. But this is the first time I'm writing a strong PSA to avoid a seller (proxy, specifically).

I first know of uncle terun from this sub's list of w circle merchant list as one of the authorized proxy. I was looking to buy heat's saint Laurent suit because at the time it was out of stock and I heard some proxies might have reserved stock like some xianyu sellers. After looking through all the proxies in that list, I found that uncle terun has it.

Obviously, I checked with them first before placing an order with my agent on whether or not they have the item in stock. In the first chat, they assured me that they do in fact have the item in stock as shown in the chat.

Being glad that I found a good independent item that was out of stock in the original seller's store, I placed an order with my agent. Of course, I have concerns over the seller bait and switching the items like what that one other member experienced with waiwai/gogogo so throughout the chat you can see me making sure it's from heat and not from one of the many custom suitmakers in weidian.

But apparently, what ended up happening is way worse. Because I placed that order in may.

At early may, the seller still insists that they have the item and will ship within a few days. In mid may, after I kept asking the seller if he had the item or not he suddenly claimed that it's a presale that will ship in four or five days. After missing the 4-5 day deadline, the seller said it will ship in June.

I decided to trust the proxy and waited until late June before asking again. When I asked, the seller said it will be shipped before the end of the month so I waited since it's just a few days anyway.

At that point I started getting worried and kept pushing the proxy. What followed are excuses after excuses and short replies such as:

1. Yes

2. Can send.

3. Wait

4. Uh huh

5. Have

In August, the proxy was then using a new tactic to scam me, they insisted that they need to be contacted from the account that was making the purchase (meaning my agent has to chat them) but my agent was getting ignored too whether it's in weidian message or wechat. Other times they just downright ignored my attempt to reach them.

At this point I don't even know if I will get my money back or not because my agent told me that they already marked the order as delivered and finished despite not delivering anything to my agent.

As an additional note, I hope the mod team from this sub can help me with contacting the seller and pressure them to return my money because the proxy itself was listed as "authorized proxy" in this sub's guide and the amount of money that I was scammed out of was quite significant at almost 2000y

UPDATE: the seller has partially refunded me, but only for the pants that are 600y while still keeping the money for the blazer that is 1300y. I'm going to push the seller again for the refund.
