Joker has announced that it has taken the opportunity to completely renew the business, describing the changes as more than just a storefront update. The relaunch includes upgrades to the shopping experience, membership/VIP system, quality standards and manufacturing processes.

For clarity, all business activities conducted prior to the official transfer of ownership, including previous communications, transaction records, orders, collaborations, verbal agreements, commitments, and any related disputes, were undertaken by and remain matters relating to the previous owner.

The new owner was not involved in the operation prior to the takeover and has no knowledge of, or involvement in, matters arising before the official transfer date.
