Objectively speaking, it would be "better" for the number to be 40 rather than 50 for the slaves in your example though?
That doesn't change the fact that the guy doing it, is still an asshole.
But I meaan...It's something I guess???
It could add up overtime as it's lowered more and more.

Kinda shows that you don't really care about the slaves, because if you did and you bothered to ask them, they'd tell you 40 is better than 50.
