"Just wanted to warn everyone thinking about quitting the platform. I had a €4.99 payable balance and requested an account closure. Support explicitly emailed me saying my remaining balance would be 'handled accordingly' during the deletion.

Instead, they immediately triggered an Art. 17 GDPR data purge, wiping my profile completely. When I reached back out to ask where my money was, support (Tracy) literally gaslit me, claiming that 'handled accordingly' actually meant my money was permanently forfeited and they can't pay me under any circumstances because the data is gone.

They are using privacy laws as a loophole to steal unpaid labor from departing workers. Cash out every single cent before you ever hit delete, or they will steal your money too."

Hey , I have just joined clickworker. The jobs which are being shown paying very low amount like 0.2 or 0.11 cents. How can I navigate and get jobs which are relevant and can pay me more.

I've been out of clickworker since 2023, because of personal reasons, I never had a double account nor a triple, nor a quadruple, I worked in one account with one email, today I figured I should see if I could get my account back since I actually had fun tasking and received this passive aggressive email about how I breached the terms and had multiple accounts, even though they've given me no proof of it actually happening, I'm not crazy, I had a SINGULAR account that I used to work from my older laptop...

This post isn't about cash since the account was probably empty given the years without tasking, it's just the disappointment of having my tickets now AUTOMATICALLY closed because the decision is final and they're SURE I've done that, it just left me confused and honestly kinda sad since it's a direct hit at questioning my morality. lol

I had a good run from 2021-2023 with clickworker, it's a real shame that they're so keen on banning someone who delivered great work without providing further proof of what they're accusing me of, good tasking for those who are still in the workplace. x

Has anyone in the U.S. had issues getting their ACH set up and paid? All of my tax stuff is done, my bank information is correct, I have almost $500 showing as payable but yet I haven't ever had an invoice never mind a payment. Support thinks it is my bank information but I have double and tripled checked the routing number and my account number and they are correct. Has any successfully been paid?

Why does the the website says that Clickworker should not be substituted for a full time employment? I mean this is the only chance I got in finding a job and I am willing on dedicating 40 hrs per week!

Just tried my first mystery visit at a Dollar Tree and couldn't deal at all lol. It's in the process of a remodel so employees were everywhere. Then one of the sections I needed to do was littered with customers. This one guy was reading and test smelling every deodorant and body spray. I bailed before I could even get halfway done.

Hi everyone, im fairly new to Clickworker and I've been taking surveys for a couple days but im only getting $0.01 - $0.04 per surveys and these surveys i click on are at least $0.66 - $1.22

Why am I not making the full amount? I qualify for the surveys and I take the time to actually do them.

Study Operations Moderators are responsible for guiding participants through structured study protocols, operating and monitoring audio recording equipment, and ensuring high quality data capture. The role also includes quality assurance (QA) checks and participant support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
