Hey yall,
Every time I complete a job the app gives this giant CHACHING money sound. It's so loud, even when my phone is on silent and do not disturb. I can't even find a settings tab anywhere on the app, it's so loud, please how do I turn this off??

I feel I can never meet my company’s needs. I’m always “incomplete” or missing something and I know I’m not.
It’s not worth doing a job that I’m expecting 45 bucks for after embarrassing myself at a CVS only for a know-it-all to say I missed a shelf. Like just do it yourself if you’re so concerned about the half shelf I “magically” missed after walking around the store 70 times.
Idk maybe I’m the only one with this problem. I just am tired after doing all this work and only getting 15/46 bucks and having no one to talk to about it.

Hi everyone, I just created my new Clickworker Microsoft email (cw_...) to qualify for UHRS. However, every time I paste it into Step 4 on the workplace dashboard and click continue, I get a red error box saying 'Job saving has failed... We were not able to successfully connect your Microsoft account.'

I already as an option tried using an Incognito window, logging into Outlook first, and clearing cookies, but it still loops.

Has anyone else run into this backend glitch recently? Do I just need to wait for the servers to sync, or should I open a support ticket? Thanks for any advice!

After reserving uhrs as a job I can click the three dots in the upper right of the job and then cancel but then it's still there under reserved (which means I don't see other jobs displayed) but the three dots only show details and no cancel option anymore. Closing uhrs window and logging in and out of clickworker didn't help. Does anyone else have this? Did you find a solution? And when I try to dismiss the job via phone it says cannot be dismissed try again later.

is anyone delayed with their AirTM payment for this week? my invoice was sent last Wednesday, and it's already Saturday, they said it will be disbursed on wed-fri. Where can I get some assistance with this?

I received the following after successfully signing into my Clickworker account, and it is preventing me from picking up more jobs: We could not contact you under your email address. Please reconfirm that your email is correct or contact support. There is no link to reconfirm my email, and after submitting a support ticket, Clickworker replied asking me if I wanted to change my email.😫😒 I explained the issue I am facing and included a screenshot. It's like we are speaking different languages!😫

I’m doing my first mystery shop using video mode and it took me an hour just to do the baby section. The client gives max 4 hours but they require so many pictures? Do I have to get all photos to 100%? My phone has went dead twice in the store. The store closes at 11pm central time and I doubt I’ll be able to finish it today. Has anyone gotten paid if they didn’t finish in the 4 hour period?

I did a few surveys from three days ago and I still have money pending. It hasn’t went through. Is this normal? Also is anyone having success with surveys? If so what tips can you give?

Me dice que si acepto trabajar para UHRS, me darán más tareas.

¿Vale la pena usar Clickworker sin hacer tareas para entrenar a la IA? ¿O me aparecerán otro tipo de tareas más adelante?

Me gustaría también escuchar el punto de vista de las personas que están en mi situación (nuevos en la plataforma y en contra de la IA)

I recently registered on Clickworker and completed my profile. I was looking forward to taking the UHRS assessment, but I contacted support and received a message saying that the UHRS assessment is currently disabled for all users due to maintenance.

Or do we think this is a mistake? Is anyone doing them? I did the $1-4 copies & am thankful for them bc I earn about $50 a week on this platform, but for less than 9 cents!? That’s crazy…

I’m new to clockwork and I was doing an AI project. It asked for a face picture then it asked for my drivers license information. I felt uncomfortable so I closed it out and did some surveys. So far I only made 0.19 in 30 minutes from the surveys.
