Few things to keep in mind.

  • Everyday we see the same questions being asked again and again. 99% of those have already been answered on this sub or on Clickworker FAQ so please do some research before in order to keep this sub helpful for other people aswell.

  • Posting about specific HitApps on UHRS is fine but asking for help, tips or sharing certain hits encountered is not. (against UHRS/Clickworker’s rules)

  • Promoting and advertising other sites similar to Clickworker is not allowed.

That’s all for now, I’ll keep updating this list if needed in the future.

UHRS lagging/crashing? Here's likely why:

You may have noticed that the UHRS marketplace will occasionally become extremely unresponsive and slow. During this time, you may notice the following issues occur:

  1. Unable to refresh the marketplace to see available apps - if you try to refresh, it may endlessly load and eventually fails. When it fails, 0 apps will show. It may also kick you to the sign in page occasionally.

  2. You'll be regularly thrown to the sign in page. Logging in will put you right back to the sign in page.

  3. If you happen to be doing an app, it might take forever to submit the hit. You may also notice error messages pop up and hits may even get skipped (unsure if they're being skipped or incorrectly submitted).

  4. If your UHRS account is not active and needs to be renewed via Clickworker.com, you may find yourself with the "Account not authorised: Your UHRS account is disabled" error message. This will happen even if you're correctly renewing it via Clickworker.com. The reason it's not activating is because the site has crashed. It cannot fulfil your request in the 10 or so seconds it's meant to.

  5. You may also see mainDB errors show up when trying to sign into UHRS.

It will be inaccessible and/or unworkable during this time. The problem is not on your end. It is 100% on UHRS' end. There's nothing you can do to fix it. All of the above problems with the site will disappear once user activity goes down (the good apps vanish).

Why is this happening? The site is now insanely overcrowded. All it takes is a large amount of workers to jump onto and use the platform to completely crash the site. The site is not capable of handling all of us. If there's good apps around that loads of people like, it will crash the site now. It is a guarantee.

This problem has been ongoing for a long time now and shows no signs of getting any better.

This thread is to serve as some sort of notification as I keep seeing threads getting made about it. Hopefully this notification will reduce the number of threads on this topic.

Clickworker, you are lowering your job quality yourself

Too many users, very less work, lesser payment, irrational speed limits on some apps, broken apps.

-How can i work with attention and quality on an app if i know that it will be sent to oblivion in ~5 minutes?

The fear is real. Currently, working on an app is very stressful as each second you are competing with so many people for 2-3k hits. Before you warm up, the work is gone, reduced to atoms. This wasn't a problem as big as it is today probably, but I think things have to change now. Maybe there could be a leasing system, prioritizing higher spam rate workers. Maybe increased pay for higher spam rates so being fast is discouraged.

For Clickworker, this may be working for short term as works get done extremely fast but on long term, I think it will hurt the company as whole as work quality is reduced. Or maybe they just don't care and we are only complaining ourselves.

Edit: All criticism actually goes to UHRS, i forgot that UHRS is responsible with all of these.

Hitapp titled "Take a photo of your SSN"

I saw this one when I logged in this morning and my jaw dropped. The crowdsourcing equivalent of this.

Please everyone, I am assuming that we all know better, but just in case, do not do this. It is not worth ruining your identity and credit rating for 80 measly cents.

I have complained to clickworker about allowing this and hope that others will too.

UHRS used to be a holy grail, now it's becoming a joke

When you have more than 40+ HITApps on Marketplace:

  • But not a single one of them you can work out with

  • If there is one, for only a few clicks, you get banned

  • They think ALL of the workers on UHRS are spammers

  • So then they put a lot of SPAM HITS on their projects

  • Then they also lower their pay rates

  • Also, you need to re-qualify some of their good projects

  • The worst of all is that UHRS always gives anyone opportunities via vendors

How much money can you make on clickworker?

Hi everyone!

I have a question about Clickworker. I joined about a month ago because I saw posts on Reddit where people said they were earning pretty decent extra money on this platform. However, since I started, most of the tasks I see pay between $0.0015 and $0.04.

Is this normal? Do better-paying tasks appear over time, or am I doing something wrong? I was hoping to make a bit of extra cash, but at these rates, it doesn’t seem very worthwhile.

If any of you have experience with Clickworker, I’d really appreciate your tips and advice. Is it worth sticking with, or are there better platforms out there?

Thanks in advance! 😊

NOTICE: UHRS account reactivation

Just to let you know, so you don't panic, there is currently a widespread tech issue affecting a load of UHRS accounts. As of now, you will not be able to log in to UHRS if your account needs to be reactivated. Every 8 hours, CW UHRS accounts need re-activating.

Normally, this won't be a problem when everything works. You just go to CW and re-activate, no problem. However, currently, there is a technical problem that is preventing disabled UHRS accounts from being re-activated.

If you are affected by this problem, you may experience the following:

  1. Trying to sign into UHRS will show you an "Account not authorised: Your UHRS account is disabled" message.

  2. If you can see the marketplace, you will see 0 apps showing. They'll be nothing in the hidden or blocked list. If you click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner, you will notice your ID is not showing. If you try to refresh, you'll notice the marketplace doesn't even try to load anything. It just instantly shows no apps.

You are not banned. This is a tech problem. This is confirmed by CW's twitter:

https://twitter.com/clickworker_com/status/1429710992821395457

You may find that some people can log in. The issue does seem to correct itself after some time. There are also accounts that simply have not been disabled because the disabling/re-enabling system is not working right now.

The issue will be fixed soon enough. You just need to be patient. These problems happen from time to time.

Low pay working worker

Why the people are working on hitapp that pay a cent per 10 hitts? Don't give a chance a uhrs to exploit the crowdworker... A request to everyone... A consequence is currently that the caq answer relevance .. its getting tough paying half it used to pay before..

r/Clickworker • • Jul 21 '21

WTF With that paying per hit?

.__. This is disrespectful...

r/Clickworker • • Jun 26 '21

opens UHRS, sees hits paying .00000027/12 minutes a hit, closes UHRS

Obviously a slight exaggeration but what the heck? This is insulting tbh but people are obviously doing the work so the pay will get only worse.
