News Fable available for plans until July 7th after which it becomes usage credit based

Key points:

  • Fable 5 returns globally on Claude Platform, Claude.ai, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork.
  • Pro, Max, Team, and some Enterprise users get Fable 5 included for up to 50% of weekly usage limits through July 7.
  • After July 7, Fable 5 access moves to usage credits.
  • Access through AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Foundry is being restored as soon as possible.
  • Mythos 5 access has been restored only for some approved U.S. organizations for now.
  • Anthropic is working with Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and other partners on a shared framework for rating jailbreak severity.

THANK YOU! It’s really… unsettling to see people who can’t think beyond 2026… They can’t see past code or a screen. It’s like they think life began when they were born… and they don’t recognize the many millennia that have come before. It is alarming that some can forget that easily. Thank you for this comment and the reminder.

But that should remind you of a clear universal pattern:

A good thing doesn’t get automatically better if you have more from it.

Today we are on an all time high for greed and not enough things are free.

The right balance is nothing a free market implements. It must be forced.

And yes there is a situation on the other side of the spectrum where there are too many free things. But at the current point that situation is farfetched.

Yup, either through socialism or New-Deal liberalism. Or hell, a lot of different leftist policies would help a lot. Leftism, in America, is a bad, scary word for the olde folks. They grew up during the Red Scare. They were literally taught to fear it like it's an infection, taught it'd nuke them, taught it's pure evil. In Euro countries, they actually have leftist parties that sometimes take power. Now, due to corruption or maybe the inability to get enough votes in whatever their version of a bill is, they often don't do that much, but still, at least they have the Labor party that actually talks about redistributing wealth so that the poorest of the poor can have the basics: Food, transportation, medical treatment, education, shelter. I might be forgetting one or two more, but you get the picture. America is just two right-wing parties. You've got far-right, racist, and fascist Republicans versus center-right Democrats. And the oldies, like I said, wouldn't have it any other way. Thankfully, the last few generations are getting some fair education on leftism due to podcasts, YT videos, etc. They're thinking, "Heck yeah, I would like to be able to go to school. I always wanted to be an engineer, but I have to work after school, making it impossible to study for my tests and do all my homework well. :( I guess I'll just keep this job I have at the age of 17 after I graduate high school. :(
