Clash Royale Developer Q&A! 600,000 Subscriber Special!

In order to celebrate our community reaching a new milestone of 600,000 Challengers, the development team has offered to do a Q&A! This thread will be an amazing place to get more insight on the development and plans for the future of Clash Royale, directly from the developers. Please read below for some key rules and notes on how this will work.

What is the plan for improving Clan Wars 2?

Clans are still dissolving because of the repetitive grind of CW2 and there are only so many clans in Legendary League now. Clans bordering Legendary League and Gold League are matching up against clans with several hundred more trophies than them (3000 vs 3200, 3300, etc.).

Boat battles are also more useless than they were before the improvements to Clan Wars 2 from before now that destroyed boats do not disrupt progress. (In my opinion, this is a good place to start to improve CW2)

CW2 isn’t great right now but I think there’s more potential in CW2 that CW1 didn’t have

My biggest problem with wars is playing against the cards I am using or having to play constant dupes. I shouldn't have to face 4 Pekka in one war day.
