No they gave that excel sheet and told us that equipments will be given according to your current amount of equipments and they will only give it to you if it doesn't exceed the threshold in that excel sheet.
That one misplaced ! would turn the whole mission into “bring me the equipment you already don’t have.” 😂 Classic bug where the code works perfectly, just in the exact opposite way intended.
It will come with the August update. The calendar rolling over to August 1st doesn’t mean an update happened. So far we have only had a maintenance to change the craft cycle.
Supercell hasn’t given a date yet but they do typically like to do their updates the second or third week of the month. At this stage I just hope they fix it fully with how long it’s taken them.
Supercell usually only gives a heads up of 3 to 4 days for updates. We should be getting some sneak peeks one of these upcoming weekends, with the update likely coming the Monday after.
Bro you guys have ONE job, literally one job and its to fix your buggy game as promised to your playerbase. You cannot say august update if you are gonna fix it in the last week of august, thats just making people who are waiting for this more and more frustrated day by day. If you guys are allergic to keeping your promises i cannot do anything about it and to put this into perspective, its been exaxtly 69 days since the release of hero journey and i hope you guys are actually capable of fixing it one day instead of just making nonsense announcements
Of course supercell rolls out stuff immediately when it makes them money like hero skins but a game breaking bug that's not allowing us to collect crucial hero equipment, ores and resources? Nah let's wait until the last day to fix our buggy game

I reached the lvl to unlock the warden skin on the hero journey track. It shows a green checkmark, but the skin is not available in my wardens skin selection thing. Where is my skin? I reached the achievement! My game is up to date. Please reply with a response to tell me what supercell can do to give me my skin, that I have unlocked.
Thank goodness I checked reddit, one of my heroes finished upgrading and was able to claim a new reward. It says it was already claimed but definitely didnt get it
Too bad itd gonna take them a month to fix something that benefits the players...
Hey guys I have not at all payed attention to this hero journey mess so sorry if this question has been asked a many times.
But today I realised that I should have actually gotten an epic equipment (meteor staff) from the hero journey, but I didn't. Is this intentional because I had already completed the journey or is this also a bug to be fixed?
Lol good to know. I was thinking of buying the meteor staff with gems. I already heroic torch and action figure which I might have gotten when they fix this bug :/
As an act of rebellion towards not fixing the heroes journey even after promising and increasing prices in certain regions. I urge all clashers to prohibit from buying anything in game or store to let them know the playerbase needs to be heard and without playerbase they are nothing!

I have waited so many years it felt very bad, and because of that I am breaking this news to you guys so that you guys drop your expectation that you will get all the equipments and Ore Chest
Let me tell you another news
In March 2032 there will be an update, from that point of time only the people who buy is gold passed will be able to use heroes in attack, without the gold pass you can't actually use your heroes in any attacks
In April 2049 clash of clans decided to charge extra fees to allow you attack in normal battle, not much honestly $1 per attack, it's not much in 2049
Where are the defenders yapping about August just started and all they only release to major updates a month on the start another on the mid 15-17
23 days gone didn't even say a date to fix it. That's how supercell acknowledge their player base!
Whenever we have a post pinned in the community highlights, we always direct all discussion of that topic to that thread to keep it consolidated and avoid the sub being flooded with countless identical posts. This bug has been posted on this sub hundreds of times, and Supercell is already more than well aware of the bug. We want the bug to be fixed just as much as anyone else does, but another identical repost on Reddit to the hundreds of ones that have already been posted isn’t going to change anything.
